Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oceanfreight Clerk to join our team at LogisticsRecruit UK. As an Oceanfreight Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods by sea, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process ocean imports and/or ocean exports from start to finish
• Prepare shipping documentation, including customs entries and quotations
• Liaise with hauliers and shipping lines to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as an oceanfreight clerk or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Stable employment history and a strong work ethic
