Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate binding of individual risks within delegated underwriting authority
  • Accurately record risks on the Policy Administration System and provide necessary documentation
  • Oversee the e-trade platform and coordinate teams for effective management
  • Meet service standards for risk binding and policy issuance
  • Comply with Delegated Authority from insurers
  • Build strong relationships with the distribution team and supporting insurers
  • Participate in insurer meetings and provide strategic management information
  • Collaborate with insurers to deliver underwriting strategy and monitor business
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and meet financial targets

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in business unit influence and change implementation
  • Deep knowledge of insurance/reinsurance broking
  • Proven track record in program design and placement
