CamVision Education is a premier educational consultancy and specialized tutoring firm that offers personalized academic support for students aged 15 and above, assisting them in exploring their academic passions and enhancing their university applications.

In recent years, the significance of super-curricular activities has surged in the context of British university admissions. In today’s competitive landscape, students are encouraged to undertake various initiatives to distinguish themselves from their peers and showcase their dedication and ambition in their studies.

We deliver customized tutoring services to students aiming to excel in their university applications and support them throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between CamVision's consultancy and tutoring teams, as well as students and parents, utilizing messaging platforms, email, and scheduling tools to ensure lessons are organized accurately without any misunderstandings.
  • Gather registration documents from potential students and establish their profiles in our system.
  • Assist in nurturing client relationships by communicating with students and parents in group discussions, reminding them of upcoming lessons and sharing feedback from tutors and consultants.
  • Ensure all scheduled lessons proceed as planned, and if necessary, coordinate with the consultancy team to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of lessons and student transaction history, reminding families of tuition fee renewals as needed.
  • Support the boarding schools team in organizing and booking transportation and accommodation as per school schedules.
  • Help reconcile tutor payments with actual lessons at the end of each month.
  • Ensure that all operational processes are efficient and up to date.

To effectively manage our scheduling commitments, we seek a candidate who can fulfill their full-time hours from Thursday to Monday each week, with days off on Tuesday and Wednesday.

About You

  • Possess excellent proficiency in both Chinese and English.
  • Have prior experience in administration or secretarial roles.
  • Be able to travel to our office periodically as required.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the Google suite of applications.
  • Be eager to play a key role in a dynamic and growing small business.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
