We are pleased to present an opportunity for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant with a focus on Behavioural Challenges to join our enthusiastic team.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our SEN team to assist students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ensuring they receive the personalized support necessary for their success.

This position provides the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of children facing behavioural challenges, working within a supportive and well-equipped environment that prioritizes both student and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.

Essential Duties:

  • Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Monitor and document student progress and behaviour.
