Job Title: Trolley Collector

Location: Gyle Shopping Centre

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate

Shift Pattern: Weekends only, 16 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Trolley Collector to join our team at Gyle Shopping Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our shopping centre and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car park, service areas, and walkways
  • Assist customers and retailers as needed
  • Respond to emergency situations
  • Retrieve trolleys from the car park and transfer them to trolley bays
  • Ensure the trolley bays are kept clean and free from rubbish
  • Perform other duties as directed by the ABM nominated supervisors and managers

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends only, 16 hours per week
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move trolleys
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
