Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Trolley Collector to join our team at Gyle Shopping Centre. As a Trolley Collector, you will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of the shopping centre and ensuring the car park, service areas, and walkways are clean and safe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the high standards of the shopping centre and be proactive in dealing with issues as they arise.
  • Assist customers and retailers when required.
  • Assist in emergency situations.
  • Retrieve trolleys from the car park and transfer them to trolley bays.
  • Ensure the trolley bays are kept clean and free from rubbish.
  • Attend to any external duties and other reasonable tasks within the car park area and other areas as directed by the ABM nominated supervisors and managers.

Requirements:

  • Availability as and when required, including evenings and weekends.
  • Promote a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Attend and participate in meetings as required.
  • Operate and manage workload effectively without supervision.
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied in compliance with legislation and company policy and procedure.
  • Maintain critical standards for professionalism, service, speed, and quality assurance.
