AML Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled AML Lawyer to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold, and freehold matters.
About the Role:- Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold, and freehold matters.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of the legal team, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve processes and procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fee-earning role, preferably in residential property conveyancing.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
