AML Lawyer

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a skilled AML Lawyer to join their small, supportive team. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with another conveyancer to manage an existing caseload, handling a broad scope of Residential Property matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage an existing caseload, including Sales & Purchase, Probate Sales, Leasehold and Free Hold Matters, and Re-Mortgages.
- Undertake a broad scope of Residential Property matters, demonstrating a tailor-made, proactive, and commercial approach to clients.
- Develop and work in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment, handling matters from pre-exchange to completion.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Meet targets and exceed expectations, working collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fee-earning role, with a sound knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing.
- Experience of running own caseload, with excellent client relationship skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to meet targets and exceed expectations, with a desire to develop and work in a challenging environment.
- Great work environment, collaborative and supportive.
- 20-23 days holiday + bank holidays.
