About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Mecca Bingo team in Scarborough. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our venue, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers feel welcome and valued
  • Working across all sections of the venue, including food and beverage, customer service, and gaming
  • Being a team player and supporting your colleagues to achieve our goals
  • Being adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ensuring that our venue is clean, safe, and welcoming for our customers
