About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Team Member to join our Mecca Bingo team in Scarborough. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience.

You will be a natural fit for our STARS values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions. You will be able to demonstrate the behaviours that help bring excitement and entertainment to our customers and communities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a memorable experience.
  • Work across all sections of the venue, including food and beverage, and be adaptable to changing situations.
  • Be a team player and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Requirements
  • Good communication skills and a friendly smile.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
