Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our Community Mental Health Team in Kirkintilloch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing, treating, and supporting adults with severe and enduring mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold a caseload with supervision from a senior member of staff
- Supervise Health Care Assistants and may be allocated student nurses on their placement
Requirements
- Current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Excellent communication skills
- Evidence of professional development
What We Offer
As a valued member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in Low-Level Psychological Therapies. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to deliver high-quality patient care.
Working Arrangements
This is a permanent post with full-time hours, Monday to Friday 9-5pm. You will be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period, for which you will be paid.
