**The Role**

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at The Woolpack, a community-focused pub in the heart of Banstead. As a Bar Team Member, you will play a key role in providing outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable experience for all customers.
  • Prepare and serve drinks, food, and other beverages to a high standard.
  • Manage cash and card transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
