Customer Service and Provisioning Specialist

Salary: £22,308 increasing to £23,000 after probationary period
Location: Birmingham
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 - 17:00/17:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer service inquiries via phone
- Execute account modifications including but not limited to:
- Account Holder's Name
- Billing Address
- Service Restrictions, Roaming & Spending Limits
- Conduct credit assessments and facilitate connections across all networks
- Oversee service requests and manage online communication
- Provide updates to customers regarding their orders and potential hardware changes
- Maintain and refresh network management portals
- Manage customer returns effectively
- Communicate delivery status to customers
- Analyze billing statements for customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service (preferably in the mobile telecommunications sector, though training will be provided)
- Self-assured and articulate
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Background in Telecommunications is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
- Capable of collaborating within a team as well as working independently
- Organized and methodical in managing workload
