Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our team at Bluestream Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing advanced satellite communication products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the detailed design of circuits, including schematic capture, component selection, and simulation.
  • Direct both in-house and third-party PCB layout design teams.
  • Deliver high-quality manufacturing work packages for both prototypes and production products.
  • Support the integration, validation, and qualification of hardware, software, and systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electronics or a related field.
  • Extensive commercial experience in hardware product design.
  • Proficiency with circuit and PCB design and simulation tools such as Allegro, ADS, SiWave, HFSS, and CST.
  • Knowledge of microcontrollers, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), FPGA, or ASIC.
  • High-speed digital interfaces (e.g., RF design).
  • High-reliability system design (e.g., Space, Military, Automotive).
  • DC/DC power supply design.
  • Compliance with environmental, thermal, safety, and EMI/EMC standards.
  • Practical use of scripting languages such as Tcl, Python, and Perl.
