Job Overview

  1. Develop and maintain project plans and supporting documentation for AtlasPro, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
  2. Regularly meet and collaborate with management teams to discuss overall progress, prioritization, and resolution of potential issues.
  3. Work with stakeholders to manage the delivery of projects to scope, costs, and timescale, taking full ownership for the implementation of the project.
  4. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and work with stakeholders to devise contingency plans as required.
  5. Produce user and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for project and change work streams.
  6. Ensure sufficient levels of test execution alongside User Acceptance Testing to ensure new features and improvements are fit for purpose and can be released with confidence.
  7. Transition from development into live operation through a rigorous quality-controlled testing process.
  8. Ensure the IT Support Team is trained on any new solutions or enhancements and can support them after launch.
  9. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess if the objectives and benefits have been delivered successfully and create lessons learned to identify areas of improvement for future projects.

Requirements

Desirable Qualifications

  1. PRINCE2, Agile or APM qualification.
  2. UK valid driving licence.
  3. Experience working within technical business transformation projects such as software deployment implementation.
  4. Experience of managing stakeholders through complex business change projects.
