AWS/Linux Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS/Linux Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of all Linux servers, software, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and optimize the performance of Linux servers.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux software and network infrastructure.
- Ensure data backups are performed according to the schedule.
- Maintain Remote Access systems and support remote users.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, diagnosing and fixing incidents.
- Support users in the use of computer equipment and MS Office applications.
- Maintain the telephone system to ensure its availability and efficiency.
- Document support procedures and system configurations.
- Provide user support through the service desk.
- Recommend and install new IT equipment as needed.
- Proven experience in Linux System Administration.
- Familiarity with Windows System Administration.
- Strong network support experience.
- Proficiency in using system monitoring tools.
- Desirable experience with network printers.
- Good understanding of networking, including TCP/IP.
- Strong communication skills and a team player with a flexible approach.
- Holidays: 25 days, rising to 28 with service.
