Job Opportunity: Systems Design Engineer - Graduate Programme 2025

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Systems Design function in Stevenage as a Systems Design Engineer on our Graduate Programme 2025.

About the Role

As a Systems Design Engineer, you will be involved in the concepting, designing, delivering, and supporting the latest Complex Weapons capabilities for the UK and partner nation Armed Forces in response to advanced threats in all domains (Air, Land, Sea).

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake four six-month placements over the 2 years, working in a variety of projects according to your interests and abilities.
  • Apply the Systems Engineering 'V' model across the whole product lifecycle, including researching future technologies, developing requirements, creating concept solutions, and managing interfaces.
  • Work with people across all engineering fields and business teams, meeting suppliers and customers, and engaging with international MBDA colleagues.
Requirements

We are looking for a degree-qualified individual in a Physics, Mathematical Sciences, Engineering, Physical Sciences, Chemistry, Technology, or Computing discipline (minimum 2.2).
