Systems Design Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Design Engineer to join our team at MBDA. As a Systems Design Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of complex weapons systems for the UK and partner nation Armed Forces.
About the RoleThis is a 2-year graduate programme starting in September 2025, offering a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and develop your skills in systems engineering. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and diversity.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop complex systems and sub-systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to understand their needs and requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and a strong understanding of systems engineering principles and practices.
