About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our Logistics Team at the Goole Glass Manufacturing Plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely operating mobile plant equipment, ensuring quality compliance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate mobile plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe production
  • Ensure quality compliance against pre-defined specifications
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in logistics processes
  • Communicate effectively with leaders and peers to achieve team goals
  • Proactively assess hazards and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Flexible and positive attitude with a can-do approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
  • Comfortable using mobile plant equipment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to drive change and improve processes
