We are seeking a skilled Repro Operator to join our Packaging Studio team. As a key member of our pre-press service provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork and repro files for print-based projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the performance of the Packaging Studio by delivering accurate and colour-corrected images for print-based projects.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the various printing processes, including Litho, Flexo, and Gravure.
  • Efficiently build error-free packaging artwork, following departmental and client guidelines, within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Review files supplied and make correct decisions regarding the best separation technique for any given job.
  • Prepare files suitably for any given printer/print process, ensuring all files are saved in accordance with company naming conventions and standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working within the packaging industry in a similar position.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the demands of the business.
  • Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to produce high-quality repro to the highest standard using Adobe CC with Deskpack Plugins, Esko WebCenter, Esko Automation Engine, Plato, and Artpro+.
