We are seeking a skilled Repro Operator to join our Packaging Studio team. As a Repro Operator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality artwork and repro files for print-based projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the performance of the Packaging Studio by delivering accurate and high-quality artwork and repro files.
  • Colour manage and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Step files via Plato/Artpro+ and ensure efficient production workflows.
  • Develop a good understanding of various printing processes, including Litho, Flexo, and Gravure.
  • Build error-free packaging artwork, following departmental and client guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet tight deadlines and ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery to clients.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the packaging industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the demands of the business.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC, Esko WebCenter, Esko Automation Engine, Plato, and Artpro+.
