Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Topgolf. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in and reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm for the Topgolf experience.
  • Help guests with golf clubs and equipment, demonstrating a commitment to their comfort and success.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the venue, maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
  • Offer retail items to guests, keeping the retail area stocked and organized, and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach.
  • Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines, showcasing your expertise and commitment to their safety.

Critical Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
  • Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Physical ability to lift and move golf bags and equipment, demonstrating a commitment to safety and well-being.
