We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Café Assistant to join our dynamic team at Ashridge House. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage with guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to our guests
- Be knowledgeable about our menu offerings and make recommendations to guests
- Build strong relationships with guests and provide a personalized experience
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Strong sense of customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
