Dove & Hawk is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of prime new build properties or properties owned by our key clients, offering an unrivalled customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of prime new build properties or properties owned by our key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Report and communicate with clients and tenants, presenting recommendations and solutions with confidence.
  • Collate and provide client reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Frequently visit properties to view any issues and meet with contractors, clients, and tenants.
  • Continually review and manage the performance of your portfolio against client requirements.
