As a Business Development Representative at WALT Labs, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your exceptional communication skills, passion for outreach, and ability to build strong relationships will be essential in helping us achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize approved contact cadences, social networking, referrals, and strategic email campaigning to reach out to customer leads and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Sales Outreach and Execution: Present, promote, and sell our services to potential clients, achieving agreed-upon sales outreach metrics and diligently updating our CRM to stay current on leads and follow-up activities.
  • Qualification and Scheduling: Qualify the leads you generate and schedule introductory meetings with our sales team.
  • Research and Targeting: Research and source new target accounts to expand our customer base.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in a B2B or Professional Services environment.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, & Google Meet) and a strong understanding of Google Cloud products.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strong ability to prioritize, manage time, and organize tasks.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
