Job Title: Advanced Social Work Practitioner

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join their team in Enfield. As a key member of the Looked After Children Team, you will provide a casework service to vulnerable children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out assessments and undertake care management responsibilities in the area of looked after children and safeguarding statutory social work.
  • Prepare reports, statements, and legal documents for Family Proceedings Courts.
  • Support the management team with mentoring and training newly qualified social workers.
  • Be aware of resources available within the specialist area and ensure maximum benefit for service users within budgetary resources.
  • Comply with the Children Services recording policy and complete required forms and documents.
Requirements:
  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience working in a statutory social care setting with adults.
