We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the operations of our healthcare facility during a maternity leave period. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial operations in accordance with the business strategy, ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective credit control.
  • Oversee human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations while maintaining comprehensive staff records.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance standards and manage training for all staff to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture by building strong relationships within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with practice owners regarding financial matters and administrative policies.
  • Supervise staff performance, addressing training needs, attendance, and customer service standards.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure seamless operational processes.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to safeguard staff and patients, adhering to established policies.
  • Manage the practice's facilities, including insurance, security, and inventory management.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and improve financial performance.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on team development and performance management.
  • Knowledge of clinical governance and experience with compliance inspections.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
