Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter trades into the Energy trading screen, clear trades on Exchanges, and resolve trade queries.
  • Maintain trading screen administration tools, including setting up client credit risk, creating Trader logins, and adding new markets.
  • Assist with client onboarding, liaising with Legal on contractual revisions, arranging Brokerage Agreements, and setting up client accounts.
  • Perform end-of-day reconciliation of trades with the desk to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the desk.

Personal Attributes:

  • Fluency in Italian and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Personal and professional integrity.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivation and initiative.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Competency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
