Ryanair is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Apprentice to join our team at Stansted Airport. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of facilities management services, including basic health and safety checks, and ensuring the site is maintained in a good state of repair and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and Coordinate Facilities Management Services
    • Assist in the delivery of facilities management services, including basic health and safety checks
    • Solve day-to-day problems to ensure the facilities management service runs smoothly
  • Maintain Site Condition
    • Assist in maintaining the site in a good state of repair and appearance, including all buildings, offices, and facilities
    • Work collaboratively with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain complete and accurate records of all statutory maintenance undertaken across the building
    • Report on, arrange, and oversee any alterations, redecoration, building, and maintenance works
  • Communication and Liaison
    • Daily liaison with the Estates & Facilities Manager
    • Communicate effectively with all staff, contractors, and visitors in a professional manner
