Salary: £26,000 to £32,000

Our client is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Consultant to become a vital part of their People Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promoting and upholding a culture of exceptional client service; ensuring that the needs and expectations of the department's clients are consistently met.
  • Evaluating available data to make prompt, decisive, and effective choices, ensuring the best possible outcomes within your area of expertise.
  • Fostering a positive attitude towards Policy, Compliance, and Risk Management within your business area.
  • Delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients (both internal and external) at every interaction.
  • Ensuring that all documentation and records produced and maintained by your area are thorough, precise, and compliant with required standards.
  • Aiming for a culture focused on performance and success.

Requirements:
  • Relevant experience is preferred, but transferable skills will also be considered.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving licence is necessary.
