Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and delegate tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards.
- Support adults with various conditions on a person-centred basis, including following care plans, administering medication, and assisting with daily living tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective support service.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring that the needs and preferences of service users are met.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to support services.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Support Worker, with a strong understanding of values-based support and person-centred care.
