Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Europcar Group in Cambridge. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of frontline staff to achieve sales objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management and department leaders to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • A full, valid clean driving license with a minimum of 4 years driving experience.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
