Job Description

Black Fox Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer and supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage sales and purchase ledgers, ensuring all transactions are up-to-date and reconciled
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure prompt payment of invoices
  • Resolve any invoice queries or issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an account payable or accounts position
  • Strong understanding of account reconciliation and financial management principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word
