We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Credit Control team as a Credit Assistant Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the credit control function, including the development and implementation of strategies to maximise sales ledger recoveries within acceptable timescales and targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the credit control team, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the function.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales ledger recoveries, including the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure that all necessary information is captured and that invoices are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Handle all aspects of credit control, including statements, collection letters, and final payment reminders.
- Proven experience in credit control, with a strong understanding of credit control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
