Key Responsibilities- Receive and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Pick and consolidate orders using our warehouse management system.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Ensure accurate documentation for all inbound and despatch loads.
- Report any trailer or MHE faults and ensure VOR vehicles are properly secured.
- Verify the accuracy of goods picked and assembled.
- Ensure despatched loads are properly secured prior to leaving the loading bay.
- Meet productivity targets and maintain high standards of quality.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies, SSOWs, and HACCP regulations.
- Ensure company standards of hygiene and housekeeping are achieved and maintained.
- Process customer returns and notify the appropriate Stock Controller.
- Ability to work in a chilled environment.
- Ability to work to targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning.
- Conscientious and reliable nature.
