Pay Rate: £22-£23 per hour

Contract Type: Locum

We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacy technician with at least 2 years of NHS secondary care experience to provide ward-based pharmacy services in South London. This role focuses on MMT ward cover and requires strong experience in ward-based services such as drug history, medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and TTA screening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ward-based pharmacy services, including taking accurate drug histories and performing medicines reconciliation.
  • Conduct clinical screening of prescriptions, ensuring safe and effective medication use.
  • Carry out TTA screening for patient discharges.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support patient care and optimize medication management on the wards.
