Financial Services Team Leader

**Job Summary**

Time Appointments is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Team Leader to lead and motivate a busy team of Advisors. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and motivating customer service/financial services teams, with a natural drive to motivate individuals to achieve the best results.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Proven experience of leading and motivating a customer service/financial services team, with a natural drive to motivate individuals to achieve the best results.
* Experience gained within the financial services industry or a similar regulated environment.
* Strong desire to support the team in achieving their individual and client-related targets in a positive manner.
* Experience of mentoring and coaching individuals, understanding the need to adapt to the individual's learning style.
* Ability to resolve complex customer problems/issues/complaints, and a strong understanding of customer service processes and systems.

**Key Performance Indicators**

* Allocating work to the team, ensuring the Teams Service Levels are met.
* Ensure all standards in line with client's expectations of quality, productivity and performance are achieved by the team.
* Planning and organising 1-2-1's.
* Ensuring that the team adheres to deadlines and all internally agreed key performance indicators, service standards and regulatory reporting requirements are met.
* Delivering continual improvement within the team across the areas of technical understanding and competence, staff development, process efficiency, productivity and management information.
* Overseeing complaints processes, seeking support from Compliance where necessary.
