With a focus on inclusivity, they serve over 100 students and strive to create a nurturing and stimulating educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the unique needs of students with SEN.
  • Evaluate, document, and communicate the progress and achievements of your students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Collaborate closely with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for students.
  • Serve as a positive role model for students.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified teacher or possess relevant teaching experience.
  • Experience working with and motivating students with SEN is essential.
  • Genuine passion for supporting students facing challenges.
  • Adaptable, positive, proactive, and possess a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum, particularly at the secondary level.
