Position Overview
Kirkaldy Roofing is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for our clients and assist our regional sales management team with essential sales support functions.
Key Responsibilities
In the role of Sales Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Identifying and nurturing new sales opportunities while engaging with both prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborating closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintaining regular communication with our external sales representatives, ensuring prompt follow-up on all sales quotes and leads.
- Accurately recording activities and utilizing internal systems for efficient order processing.
- Inputting orders into our system and maintaining comprehensive sales records.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in internal sales support or sales order processing.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
