We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality service to our customers, ensuring that their experience is seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the test centre, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that all exams are delivered to the highest standards, meeting the needs of our clients and candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a customer-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
- Competent in the use of Windows-based applications, including web mail, Excel, Word, and Internet Explorer.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.77, a flexible working environment, and opportunities for professional development and growth. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this is a part-time role, requiring a minimum of 13 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of days and shifts, including some evenings and weekends. We will provide you with a detailed schedule at least 4 weeks in advance.
