Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment Ltd. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Lead and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

- Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Education: Relevant qualifications in retail management or a related field.
