About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team at IntaPeople. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in helping our teams work efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests
  • Support the team in overcoming obstacles to maintain progress
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of core services and public-facing websites
  • Coach and mentor diverse teams and senior stakeholders in the Scrum framework
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement within the team
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, failing forwards, and learning to improve future success
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (Ideally, Jira)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
