Fire Alarm Service Engineer - South West (M4 Corridor)

A dynamic opportunity for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer to join a family-run business based in Cardiff, with over 30 years of experience in the Automation, Fire & Security industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the maintenance and service of various Fire systems, including Advanced, Hochiki, Apollo, and other life safety systems.
  2. Undertake installation, maintenance, and service tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  3. Collaborate with Fire & Service Managers to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Develop skills in multiple areas of the business, including security, automation, and fire doors.
  5. Participate in an on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Fire Service & Maintenance.
  2. Full UK driving licence.
  3. No criminal record.
  4. Ability to pass a full security vetting clearance.
  5. IPAF licence desirable.
Benefits:
  1. Basic salary: £36,400 - £40,300 (basic plus paid travel time).
  2. Overtime pay: £40,040 - £44,330 (overtime plus standby).
