Instrument Engineer Job Description

Our pharmaceutical client is seeking an experienced Instrument Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Instrument Engineering, including design, implementation, and optimization of control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with R&D to develop and implement precise control systems for new product development.
  • Optimize existing processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of excellence, drive, and innovation.
  • Ensure all instrumentation meets stringent regulatory requirements.
  • Spearhead technical meetings and provide critical input on project planning.
  • Conduct and chair alarm reviews to maintain product quality and plant safety.
  • Represent the engineering team at Factory Acceptance Tests and PID reviews.
