We are seeking a highly skilled Cognitive Behavioural Therapist to join our Emotional Wellbeing Team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to private sector clients, working with a diverse client base from self-pay, GP, corporate clients, and private medical insurance referrals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver remote and face-to-face assessments and treatments, supported by our experienced case management and administration team.
- Work with a range of Nuffield Health locations, providing flexible and adaptable therapy services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their emotional wellbeing needs are met.
- Accreditation to BABCP (provisional accreditation with BABCP as a minimum).
- Postgraduate diploma in CBT (or equivalent) as our minimum requirement.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills, with a focus on patient care and customer satisfaction.
