About the Role

Civil Enforcement Officers play a vital part in maintaining the safety and efficiency of Bristol's roads and car parks. As a key point of contact for the public, they provide excellent customer service, answer queries, and offer advice on parking and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce parking and waiting restrictions on public roads and in car parks
  • Provide information and assistance to the public, including directions and advice on parking and other related matters
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to deliver events and parking suspensions
  • Ensure that parking restrictions are observed and enforced in a fair, correct, and consistent manner
