Role Overview

As a Founding Engineer at Trust In SODA, you will be responsible for leading the development of our enterprise web app, leveraging vast proprietary datasets to drive innovation and growth. You will enjoy unmatched autonomy and play a key role in shaping core products alongside a team of dedicated innovators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Lead the development of new features and products, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that all team members have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to improve our products and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages such as TypeScript, React, and GraphQL.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles.
