About the Role:

Talentworx, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 13485, and other relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and manage external audits to ensure the highest level of quality.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure seamless integration of quality management systems.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
  • Train staff on quality standards and best practices to ensure a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
  • Design and implement quality standards, procedures, and specifications to meet the needs of the business.
  • Manage document control, including the creation, review, and approval of documents.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction analysis and supplier analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement a quality management system that meets the needs of the business and ensures compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Manager working with IT systems and medical technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Information Governance, and Cyber Essentials.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485.
  • DCB0129 preferable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
