Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Compensation: £75 - 90K Per Annum (Negotiable)
Location: London and Kent
Role Overview
A prominent entity in the European infrastructure sector is on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to enhance their workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assess the operations of contract management to ensure the organization achieves its financial goals and objectives.
- Provide the Contract Manager/Commercial Manager with consistent and precise updates regarding all facets of the contract.
- Maintain the Project Pipeline and Order Book.
- Foster and nurture relationships with clients.
- Ensure all commercial activities are conducted ethically while upholding a competitive edge.
- Accurately report on Project Forecasting on a monthly basis.
- Ensure precise Month-End Cost Value Reconciliation Reporting.
- Evaluate and manage Risks and Opportunities.
- Guarantee the maintenance of cash flow.
- Oversee Supply Chain Procurement.
- Guide and mentor the team.
- Conduct Monthly Commercial Reporting and Health Check Reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

- Possession of or actively pursuing relevant professional qualifications.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5 to 7 years of commercial experience.
- Professional certification.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet contractual deadlines.
- Strong time management skills with flexibility in planning and prioritizing tasks.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial awareness with the capability to manage and monitor risks.
- Integrity and reliability with keen attention to detail.
