Scheme Manager

We are seeking a compassionate and positive individual to join our team as a Scheme Manager at our over 55s sheltered housing scheme in Leeds. As a Scheme Manager, you will provide direct support to residents, ensuring their safety and wellbeing, while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to residents, including making and answering welfare calls, checking on their well-being, and offering advice and support.
- Ensure the scheme is well-managed and maintained, including liaising with carers, family members, and contractors.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, and raise and review safeguarding reports.
- Update online client record systems and maintain accurate records.
- Experience of working or volunteering in a customer-facing role.
- Understanding of how to identify and provide practical and emotional support.
- Understanding of best practice in relation to safeguarding and data protection and confidentiality.
- Understanding of welfare benefits and their implications for individuals and the service.
- IT literacy.
